Trendz Are Us sells digital products, downloadable content, AI-powered tools, prompt packs, templates, guides, and other digital resources.

No physical products are shipped.

After purchase, digital products are delivered electronically through Shopify’s digital delivery system, email, download link, or order confirmation page.

Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct. If you do not receive your digital product or cannot access your download, contact us at support@trendzareus.com.

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.

Because our products are digital, shipping rates, shipping carriers, and delivery tracking numbers do not apply.
